I have a vision board – I made it to help me visualise my goals.

I’m not real good at goal setting – so it was going to be the “thing” that got my goals in the forefront of my mind.

I have a vision board – that now is behind stuff in the wardrobe.

I’m not real good at goal setting – maybe I’m too scared I’ll fail if i have to face it every day.

I have a vision board ….

I’m not real good at goal setting.

  2. I have tried for the last few years, to get more organized. I am a fly by the seat of your pants kind of girl and have a lot of plates in the air at one time. All the books and plans in the world have not helped. I spent more time trying to create a system than I did actually getting things done. A friend sent me here http://www.ikiw.org/2009/03/04/the-cult-of-done-manifesto/

    Here is a sample:
    # Pretending you know what you’re doing is almost the same as knowing what you are doing, so just accept that you know what you’re doing even if you don’t and do it.
    # Banish procrastination. If you wait more than a week to get an idea done, abandon it.
    # The point of being done is not to finish but to get other things done.

This manifesto is now printed and hanging on the bulletin board by my desk. I read it at least once a week and I stopped trying to get organized. I just try to get things done 🙂
