i confess

that the knowledge that daz has half a block of chocolate in his bedside draw makes me want to eat it

i confess

i ate a whole packet of timtam biscuits on thursday – yes – a WHOLE packet

i confess

the thought of dieting fills me with dread

i confess

i am so overweight that it scares me

i confess

i don’t know where to start

  1. Quite a confession. I think that daz shouldn’t keep chocolate in his bedside drawer. That’s temptation of the worst kind. Laughing. Enjoyed the read.

  4. I hate myself when I sneak – I get so disgusted knowing that the only person I’m cheating against is me. I have been fighting this battle for awhile – since the beginning of November and finally made some progress. I started out walking, bought an mp3 player and loaded it with music. I tell people that now I don’t walk miles – I walk songs. I tell myself – oh, that’s a good song, I’ll just walk til it’s over. Then another one starts that I like. I think you have to do whatever works for you but sneaking up on it one song at a time has been my way of fooling myself into doing something good for me. Hope you can find yours!
